Blackberry and Blueberry Cobbler topped with a golden oatmeal crisp with ice cream. Extreme selective focus with blurred background.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FRUIT LAYER
400 g blackberries, rinsed and drained (blueberries also work)
 100 g peaches, freshly sliced
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
 4 tbsp white sugar
FOR THE COBBLER LAYER
 300 g all purpose flour
 180 g white sugar
 1 ½ tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 240 ml milk
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING
 1 tbsp sugar
 ¼ tsp cinnamon, ground
HOW TO MAKE
1

Mix peaches, blackberries, sugar, butter and cornstarch and add to the botton of your rice cooker inner bowl (fruit layer). Puree the berries with a masher if you don’t want a lumpy whole fruit mix.

2

Mix the dry ingredients of the cobbler layer in a separate bowl then add the wet ingredients.

3

Stir until combined. It’s okay if they are a few lumps. Then add this on top of the fruit layer in your rice cooker bowl. Spread it out if needed.

4

Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.

5

Using the SLOW COOK function set the time for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Press START and do not open the lid until cooking is finished.

6

Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
