INDIAN CURRY SEASONING MIX
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 1⁄2 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp cayenne pepper or ground chilies
CORIANDER LIME MIX (Best to add this mix to rice after cooking)
½ whole lime (juiced)
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
BAHARAT SEASONING MIX
(Baharat (which means ’spices’ in Arabic) is a spice blend used in Middle Eastern (especially the Arabian Gulf region) and Greek cuisine.

CAJUN SEASONING MIX
2 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 1⁄2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1⁄4 tsp dried oregano
1 1⁄4 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
