Hi
I know red rice is cooked similar to brown rice, both as to rice cooker setting and water even though it’s not the same grain (I have read!) … can I cook red rice on the GABA setting, or should I stick to the ordinary brown rice setting? In other words, can you ‘GABA’ cook red rice??
Thanks
Hi Anne, you can cook red rice on the GABA setting. Use the same water levels for brown rice and see how it turns out. If it’s too soft, then next time just reduce the water a little.
